Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing brand equity, driving customer acquisition, and leading a high-performing team across all marketing functions. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, content, product marketing, and communications. Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention through performance marketing and CRM strategies. Lead brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across all customer touchpoints. Oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, PR, and event marketing efforts. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with GTM plans. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum ROI. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently across channels.
