We’re seeking a technical leader to lead BI & analytics function. The role involves driving data strategy, automation, and insights delivery across sales and operations, while partnering with CXOs and data engineering teams.
• Master’s degree (M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA, or any quantitative field) preferred. Lead end-to-end reporting and dashboarding for sales channels and operational teams, including CXO-level performance dashboard
• Proven experience working with senior leadership/CXO stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Redshift).
• Proven ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize scalable data solutions.
• Experience in standardizing, streamlining, and automating business reporting processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Techno-Functional Attributes
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, translating complex needs into scalable BI and analytics products.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for driving efficiency, challenging the status quo, and leading change initiatives.
• Domain understanding of the BFSI industry, sales channels, and ops functions.
