Role Overview

Chief Growth Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across export, domestic retail, and institutional segments
• Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies
• Build and manage relationships with global buyers, galleries, collectors, and institutions
• Identify new trade partnerships and distribution channels
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events
• Oversee export documentation, pricing, logistics, and trade compliance
• Manage high-value client negotiations and contracts
• Provide advisory on art acquisitions, valuations, and investments
• Collaborate with marketing teams on brand visibility and digital initiatives
• Track sales performance, forecasts, and revenue targets

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or International Business
• 10+ years of experience in sales or business development (art, antiques, handicrafts, galleries, or heritage sectors preferred)
• Proven success in high-value sales and client portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of global art markets, valuation, provenance, and trade regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (India & international)
