Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive the financial strategy, planning, and compliance for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in financial leadership within the manufacturing industry . Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. Ensure financial sustainability and growth through effective financial planning and risk management. Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare financial projections, budgets, and cost control measures. Conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions and improve profitability. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax , and other regulatory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Financial Reporting & Accounting Oversee MIS Reporting, Accounts Finalization, Costing, and Auditing . Manage statutory compliance, fund flow, and working capital management . ERP & Accounting Systems Expertise in SAP, ERP, Tally, and other accounting software for financial operations. Banking & Fund Management Manage relationships with banks financial institutions, and investors. Optimize cash flow and investment strategies.
