IT Business Partner - Finance

Job Summary:

Collaborate with key stakeholders including CFOs, Controller, and Internal Audit Head to define and implement the Finance Digital Strategy. \

Lead the design and architecture of the Digital Finance Transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Design and implement S4HANA FI and CO modules to enhance financial processes and reporting.

Oversee the implementation of other financial solutions such as Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.

Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems.

Provide strategic guidance and support to the finance team on technology-related initiatives.

Manage and coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization with 8-10 years of experience.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with S4HANA FI and CO modules.

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and other financial systems preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in S4HANA or Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.

Experience in leading digital transformation projects in the finance domain.

Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in financial technology.
