About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

crafting extraordinary experiences

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Client Experience & Brand Excellence

  • Define and lead Novella’s luxury client experience from first interaction to final delivery
  • Ensure every touchpoint — digital, physical, and emotional — aligns with the brand’s aspirational positioning
  • Onboard and manage elite clients (HNIs, UHNWIs, celebrities) with high-touch storytelling and empathy

Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

  • Work with leadership to design and execute strategies for revenue milestones
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships across weddings, venues, and luxury collaborators
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability

Operations & SOPs

  • Build and implement

    SOPs

    across sales, operations, and production for seamless execution
  • Oversee MIS reporting, financial compliance, and investor confidence
  • Plug financial leakages and ensure revenue-positive operations

Leadership & Team Building

  • Lead cross-functional teams (photography, production, sales, marketing, operations)
  • Motivate and mentor talent to perform at global standards of luxury
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance

Stakeholder & Market Positioning

  • Represent Novella at luxury forums, wedding exhibitions, and global industry events
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders — planners, venues, designers, influencers, and investors
  • Elevate Novella’s presence through collaborations, PR, and strategic storytelling

Execution & On-Ground Excellence

  • Oversee flawless execution of weddings, events, and campaigns on ground
  • Ensure timely project delivery without compromising creative or luxury standards
  • Actively visit shoots and events to maintain brand consistency and execution quality

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles (luxury, weddings, events, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries)
  • Proven track record of

    scaling businesses, achieving revenue growth, and elevating brand positioning

  • Deep understanding of luxury client servicing and storytelling in weddings or lifestyle

  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of MIS, SOPs, compliance, and financial oversight

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Flexibility to work a 6-day week

    with travel across India and globally
  • Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to

    South Delhi (GK1)
