Chief Executive Officer

As an experienced and dedicated chief executive officer (CEO) designate, you will lead a team and drive the growth of an AI-driven Business Unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the existing staff (~25), guiding team initiatives, and making data-driven corporate decisions to enhance the financial and operational performance of the Unit. Your role will involve managing the overall operations of the company, developing and implementing strategies that cater to the needs of customers, stakeholders, and employees, as well as making key decisions that shape the company's culture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the business strategy, commercial plan, and future product portfolio. - Lead all operations of the Business Unit within the parent Company. - Make strategic and financial decisions to position the Unit for independence. - Spearhead the regulatory strategy for the product portfolio. - Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures through collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Review departmental interactions and take the lead in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Requirements and Objectives: - Understanding of corporate finance and business management. - Strong knowledge of technology, software products, and instrumentation. - Proven success as a senior executive with familiarity in regulatory compliance. - Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Certification in business administration or equivalent corporate management experience. - Experience in management related to Pharma manufacturing, micro-biology applications, or lab instrumentation. - Sales, business development, or product development experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - MBA. - 10+ years of experience in a business-related field. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
