Chief Engineer

Position Overview:The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, leading the engineering team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects. This role involves a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic oversight, with a focus on improving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and driving innovation in engineering practices. The Chief Engineer will work closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring that they meet deadlines, specifications, and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on complex engineering challenges and decisions across various projects and operations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and processes that align with company goals and drive operational efficiency.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all engineering operations and projects adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain oversight of engineering processes to ensure they meet all quality control standards and guidelines.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to engineering projects, including technical, financial, and operational risks.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments (such as construction, operations, and procurement) to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
• Training & Development: Oversee the professional development of the engineering team, including training programs, certifications, and mentorship.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,082,494.68 per year
