Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer - Contracts located in Pune. The Engineer - Contracts will be responsible for overseeing contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, negotiating terms and conditions, and managing project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with legal teams, monitoring project progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The role also involves collaborating with project managers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Contract Management and Negotiation skills
• Budgeting and Financial Management experience
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
