Job Description

Position: Chief Engineer

Reporting Manager: Retreat Director

Experience: 8+ years in hospitality engineering or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering team across all facilities
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, water systems, etc.)
Manage energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Oversee vendor management, budgeting, and procurement of technical resources
Support expansion and renovation projects as required

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
Proven experience in hospitality or resort engineering leadership
Excellent team management and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
