Security Manager

As a Security Manager, your role involves developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the organization. You will be responsible for controlling budgets for security operations, monitoring expenses, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Your duties will include recruiting, training, and supervising security officers and guards to maintain a high level of security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs and collaborate on security strategies - Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events, ensuring adequate security measures are in place - Coordinate staff responses to emergencies and alarms, ensuring swift and effective action - Review reports on incidents and breaches, investigating and resolving issues promptly - Create detailed reports for management on the current security status and any recommended improvements - Analyze data to identify trends and propose enhancements, such as the implementation of new security technologies Qualifications Required: - Experience in security management or a related field is preferred - Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise security personnel - Ability to make quick decisions and respond efficiently to security incidents - Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports for management review In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, this position requires full-time availability with a day shift schedule in Pune, Maharashtra.
