Job Description

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing the Annual Business Plan, Strategic Plan, and Annual Budget. You will handle the planning, scheduling, earn value monitoring, Quantity surveying, Billing, and contract management for Infrastructure projects. Your role involves conducting Risk assessment to ensure completion of assignments within time and budgetary parameters. Your key responsibilities will include planning for materials, developing vendors for timely procurement of materials and Equipment, and facilitating a smooth production process. You will also be conducting delay analysis, preparing and substantiating EOT claims, managing project schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. Furthermore, you will oversee all site activities, conduct quantity surveys for complete works, and analyze quantity and rate for extra as well as new works. Your role will also involve planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of engineering work within a specific discipline, project, or staff group. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting production targets. You will create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members.
