We aim to make ambulance access as simple and quick as booking a cab, using technology to connect patients with reliable emergency services in real time. Key responsibilities include: Own and shape the company’s short- and long-term vision with the founding team. Help define the product roadmap, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with the product team to ensure user-friendly, fast, and secure loan access for emergency healthcare payments. Oversee the end-to-end operational workflows—claims, disbursements, hospital coordination, etc. Help recruit and retain top talent across product, tech, ops, and sales. Set the tone for a transparent, mission-driven company culture. Explore new use-cases, markets, and partnerships to scale the platform’s reach. Track KPIs and optimize growth channels across B2B and B2C pipelines. Ensure the company complies with relevant healthtech, insurance, and lending regulations. Mitigate risk through strong operational and legal frameworks. Qualifications: Willingness to invest and actively participate in company growth. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Must be based in the Delhi NCR region.
