Your primary responsibilities will involve owning and shaping the company's short- and long-term vision alongside the founding team. You will play a crucial role in defining the product roadmap, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing operational workflows such as claims, disbursements, and hospital coordination. Recruiting and retaining top talent across various departments including product, tech, operations, and sales will also be a key aspect of your role. Setting a transparent, mission-driven company culture and exploring new use-cases, markets, and partnerships to expand the platform's reach are essential tasks. Tracking KPIs, optimizing growth channels across B2B and B2C pipelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthtech regulations will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be required to mitigate risk through the implementation of strong operational and legal frameworks. Qualifications for this role include a willingness to invest in and actively contribute to the company's growth, excellent communication, sales, lead generation, and marketing skills. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen are essential qualities. Candidates must be based in the Delhi NCR region and having experience in tech or financial services will be advantageous.
