Flexible Role — Who We’re Looking ForWe want someone with genuine passion for technology + product building + scaling companies.Your core background can be in hardware, AI/ML, software, operations, product, or strategy — the role will be shaped around your strengths.Key Responsibilities (Flexible)Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and overall company directionSupport engineering, R&D, operations, or business — depending on your expertiseWork collaboratively on pilots, manufacturing, scaling, and GTMHelp build teams and partnerships as MagCoff growsParticipate in fundraising, investor discussions & high-level decision makingBring founder-level ownership, vision, and commitment to the mission(No strict technical or domain requirements — role will adapt based on the person’s skillset.) Required Experience (Flexible)We're open to strong candidates from diverse backgrounds. You could be:A tech founder or senior engineerA product builder (hardware or software)Someone with experience in AI/ML, CV, embedded systems, robotics, or electronicsA retail-tech or startup operatorOr even a generalist with strong execution and leadership skillsImportant:You should be comfortable in early-stage chaosStrong problem-solving & ownership mindsetAbility to work hands-on when requiredWillingness to build long-term and grow with the company(Depth of experience matters more than specific titles.)
