Role Overview: As the Showroom Manager Retail Operations & Customer Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the showroom, maintaining visual and service standards, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with Induscraft's values. You will coordinate between sales, inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction at every customer touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Showroom Sales and Operations Management 1. Supervise day-to-day functioning of the showroom including opening, closing, and cleanliness standards. 2. Ensure all furniture and dcor displays are well-arranged, labelled, and maintained in excellent condition. 3. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment and delivery tracking. 4. Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, lighting, and safety standards. Customer Experience & Service Quality 5. Ensure every customer receives personalized and professional service. 6. Address client queries, feedback, and after-sales issues promptly and effectively. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication. Customer service orientation with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail POS systems.
