Hiring: Co-Founder (with Investment) — MagCoff | Smart Retail AI Startup Investment Requirement: ₹2 Cr Location: Mumbai About MagCoff MagCoff is building India’s smartest AI-powered shopping cart, combining computer vision, sensors, and edge computing to create a frictionless, checkout-free retail experience. Our MVP is ready, patent filed, and we are now preparing for pilot deployment + custom hardware manufacturing. We are looking for a Co-Founder with investment capacity who can join us in building and scaling MagCoff into a global deep-tech brand. Flexible Role — Who We’re Looking For We want someone with genuine passion for technology + product building + scaling companies. Your core background can be in hardware, AI/ML, software, operations, product, or strategy — the role will be shaped around your strengths. Key Responsibilities (Flexible) Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and overall company direction Support engineering, R&D, operations, or business — depending on your expertise Work collaboratively on pilots, manufacturing, scaling, and GTM Help build teams and partnerships as MagCoff grows Participate in fundraising, investor discussions & high-level decision making Bring founder-level ownership, vision, and commitment to the mission (No strict technical or domain requirements — role will adapt based on the person’s skillset.) Required Experience (Flexible) We're open to strong candidates from diverse backgrounds. You could be: A tech founder or senior engineer A product builder (hardware or software) Someone with experience in AI/ML, CV, embedded systems, robotics, or electronics A retail-tech or startup operator Or even a generalist with strong execution and leadership skills Important: You should be comfortable in early-stage chaos Strong problem-solving & ownership mindset Ability to work hands-on when required Willingness to build long-term and grow with the company (Depth of experience matters more than specific titles.) Investment Requirement To maintain long-term alignment, we require a ₹2 Cr co-founder investment, compensated through equity. (Equity % negotiable based on experience + role.) Why Join MagCoff?
