Role Overview: As a Co-founder at Induscraft, you will play a crucial role in scaling the handcrafted furniture and home dcor brand digitally. Your responsibilities include taking complete ownership of the Shopify website, planning and executing ROI-focused digital marketing strategies, continuously optimizing UX/UI and backend features, and driving online revenue growth while upholding the brand's premium aesthetic. Key Responsibilities: - Taking complete ownership of the Shopify website, including listings, design, performance, and user experience. - Planning and executing ROI-focused digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, SEO, Email, and more. - Continuously optimizing UX/UI and backend features using Shopify tools & analytics. - Driving online revenue growth while maintaining the brand's premium aesthetic. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in D2C, home, or lifestyle brand digital marketing. - Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Ad platforms, and CRO tools. - A strong eye for design, layout, and customer experience. - Willingness to invest and join as a true co-founder with equity ownership. - An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to hustle, build, and grow.
