As a part of Ambimed Healthcare, a healthtech startup addressing the challenge of ambulance unavailability during emergencies, your role will involve: - Owning and shaping the company's short- and long-term vision alongside the founding team. - Defining the product roadmap, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy. - Managing the end-to-end operational workflows including claims, disbursements, and hospital coordination. - Playing a key role in recruiting and retaining top talent across various departments such as product, tech, operations, and sales. - Establishing a transparent and mission-driven company culture. - Exploring new use-cases, markets, and partnerships to expand the platform's reach. - Monitoring KPIs and optimizing growth channels across both B2B and B2C pipelines. - Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant healthtech regulations. - Mitigating risks through robust operational and legal frameworks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Willingness to invest in and actively contribute to the company's growth. - Proficiency in communication, sales, lead generation, and marketing. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and business acumen. - Location preference for candidates based in the Delhi NCR region. - Experience in the tech or financial services sectors would be advantageous.
