Role Description We are looking for a Co-founder (with Investmen to join us full-time on-site in Bengaluru. This is a strategic role that goes beyond operations, requiring both financial commitment and deep market experience. As a Co-founder, you will: - Develop and execute long-term business strategies to scale the company. - Lead financial operations, investor relationd, and business growth initiatives. - Oversee sales and marketing campaigns to expand our client base. - Conduct market research and leverage advanced analytics for decision-making. - Drive innovation in quant trading setup and algo-based trade recommendations, ensuring full regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with the founder to shape the vision and take the business to the next level. Qualifications - Must have proven experience in stock market advisory/research services, experience with a licensed entity is a plus, but those running advisory without SEBI registration can view this as a legitimate path to scale). - Willingness to invest ₹25 lakhs upfront, for equity dilution in return. - Strong analytical and research skills. - Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and client engagement. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset. - Background in finance, trading, or related fields preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
