Job Description:
We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in phosphoric acid production. The role involves monitoring and optimizing process parameters, ensuring plant efficiency, and maintaining product quality. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and coordinating with maintenance and production teams. Experience with wet-process phosphoric acid, reaction kinetics, filtration systems, and evaporation units is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the phosphoric acid production unit.
• Analyze process data and implement optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process abnormalities.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and quality guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain process documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in phosphoric acid or related fertilizer/chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment and plant operations.
