Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu development, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Key duties include managing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory management, and collaborating on new recipe creation to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary Expertise: Proficiency in menu development, food preparation, and presentation
• Management Skills: Experience in kitchen staff management and training, inventory management, and cost control
• Compliance and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards
• Creativity: Ability to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
• Relevant Qualifications: Formal culinary training or a culinary degree is preferred
• Experience: Prior experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role is beneficial

Compensation : Please note the budget for this experimental role is between 12000-20000 INR/Month to begin with.
