Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located on-site in Panchkula. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR tasks, including contributing to HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The intern will play a key role in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
