• Shadow & manage

  : Assist with daily store operations and ensure SOPs stick.

• Coordinate

  : Keep staff, suppliers, and riders in sync.

• Market locally

  : Help roll out hyper-local campaigns (flyers, Insta Reels, Google updates).

• Own the dashboards

  : Maintain sales sheets, pull Swiggy/Zomato reports, spot patterns.

• Launch new outlets

  : Support store set-ups, from inventory checks to opening-day buzz.

• Basic grip on Excel/Google Sheets; Canva or social media chops are a bonus.
• Clear communicator who loves ticking tasks off the list.
• Ready to travel within Tricity and get things done on-ground.
• Hustle mindset—experience in F&B/QSR helps but isn’t mandatory.
