Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Panchkula. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and delivering executive support. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven experience in an executive assistant role is a plus

Compensation

• Immediate Joiners Prefered.
• Competitive Pay based on Experience
• Experimental/Initial Budget for the role is 10-20k INR per month in Hand and can be renegotiated after 2 months based on performance.
• Work Hours : 10 AM to 7PM (6 Days a week)
• Location : Panchkula Shopping Complex, Near Sector 20 Panchkula.
