Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Mumbai. The Chef will be responsible for creating and developing new recipes, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish, and maintaining a hygienic and organized kitchen environment. The Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and improve menu offerings, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Culinary skills in cooking, baking, and food preparation
Experience in recipe development and menu planning
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Creativity and passion for culinary arts
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
A culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus
