Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chandigarh, for a Chef. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, maintaining the highest food quality standards, managing kitchen operations, planning and developing meal menus, and ensuring food safety and hygiene. Additionally, the Chef will collaborate with kitchen staff, oversee kitchen inventory, and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and cooking skills, with expertise in various cuisines
• Knowledge of kitchen management and inventory control
• Experience in menu planning and development
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in the culinary industry is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
