Job Description

Supervising and managing a specific section of the kitchen while ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.
Guiding students during practical sessions, demonstrating culinary techniques, and ensuring adherence to standard recipes and safety procedures.
Supervising daily food preparation and production within assigned kitchen section. Assisting in planning menus, standardizing recipes, and ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
Supporting and training students during practical sessions, demonstrating professional culinary skills and kitchen discipline.
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with institutional and FSSAI norms.
Monitoring and controlling wastage, portioning, and inventory of raw materials.
Ensuring the maintenance of the kitchen equipment and reporting if any faults promptly.
Upholding professionalism, punctuality, and a culture of excellence.
