Compensation:

Freshers (Graduates only):
3.2 LPA (Approx. 20,000 Take Home)
1 Year Experience:
3.8 LPA (Approx. 25,000 Take Home)
2+ Years Experience:
4.2 LPA (Approx. 29,000 Take Home)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle
international chat and email interactions
with customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, orders, and account support.
Maintain high-quality written communication while adhering to process guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education:

Graduates (mandatory for freshers)
Any Graduate/Undergraduate (acceptable for experienced candidates)

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2+ years) are welcome
Minimum 1 year experience in
International Chat/Email Process
preferred

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong typing and grammar accuracy (minimum 250 words per cross-check in Writex test)
Good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle international customers in a professional manner
