Job Title Customer Support Associate (Chat) Job Role Handling customer queries, complaints, chat, and email. Work Arrangement Work from office Experience Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and above experience in an International BPO. Salary Up to 4.2 LPA (hike as per last drawn & experience) Job Location Kolkata, DLF2, Rajarhat Qualification Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate can apply Requirements Requirements: Good communication skills. Experience in handling chat/email in different time zones. Ability to handle chat/email from global clients and provide professional responses. Flexibility to work in shifts. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Basic technical knowledge.
