****Urgent Job Hiring for our big pharmaceutical client in Noida and Paonta Sahib (HP)**** Please share your resume on ship.recruitment@neosea.co.in Job Title: Chartered Accountant Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Min 15 years Qualification: B.com/M.com, CA (Minimum Intermediate and preferred completed CA course) Location: Noida and Paonta Sahib (HP) Roles and Responsibilities Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Overall Responsibility of Finance, Accounts & Taxation, GST, TDS & TCS, Balance sheet, Compliances & Auditing, Preparing Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet as per companies act Staying informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, discussing the same with management and applying updates to internal processes and documentation. Managing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including consolidated reports for multi-entity organizations. Handling Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, ensuring accurate and timely deductions in accordance with tax laws. Leading and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards. Developing and implementing robust financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy. Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies. Handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, maintaining records, and adhering to statutory requirements. Experience in Tally and working on the system. Managing an organization’s account data, tax dues, and investments, settling conflicts and preventing bankruptcies. Giving advice, auditing accounts, and providing trustworthy information about financial records. Show more Show less
