About the Opportunity:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in IPO preparation and execution, including financial statement restatements and audit readiness.
Support in preparation and review of prospectus/offer documents in compliance with SEBI and stock exchange requirements.
Coordinate with clients, merchant bankers, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities during the IPO process.
Perform financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and valuation support.
Assist in internal controls and process reviews as part of IPO readiness assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory frameworks (Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI guidelines).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deliver within deadlines.
Prior exposure to IPO, due diligence, or audit engagements will be an added advantage.
