Job Description

1 to 3 years of post-qualification and experience working with US Taxation.
Assist in preparation of federal and state tax returns including analysis of book-tax differences for Forms 1065, 1120S, and 1120 (C-Corp).
Hands-on experience in preparing individual tax returns (Form 1040) and related IRS-compliant documentation.
Strong understanding and working knowledge of US Tax Codes.
Prepare and review estimates and extension vouchers for federal, state, and city tax returns.
Review subsidiary workpapers for Earnings & Profits (E&P) and Schedule M adjustments.
Support accurate and timely tax reporting under US GAAP.
Assist in preparation of income tax provisions and tax account reconciliations.
Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of US taxation.
Conduct tax research and stay informed on current tax law changes.
Review and prepare responses to information requests from leads and engagement teams.
Demonstrate ability to deliver complex solutions independently.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with tax accounting teams to ensure efficient integration of tax accounting and international tax compliance processes.
Maintain detailed tax workpaper documentation to substantiate filings and positions.
Participate in internal tax community practice initiatives.
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and communicate effectively with domestic (US) engagement teams.
