Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants and aspiring professionals (experienced, practicing, trainees, interns, and freshers) to join our finance and compliance team. This role involves handling end-to-end accounting, taxation, auditing, and legal compliance functions, while also offering hands-on learning opportunities for fresh candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesFor Experienced / Practicing CAs

• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits independently.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, GST laws, Companies Act, FEMA, Labor laws, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, tax filings, and ROC compliances.
• Represent the company during assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Draft, vet, and review financial/legal documents (agreements, board resolutions, minutes).
• Provide advisory on corporate structuring, tax planning, and risk management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, trainees, and interns.

For Trainees / Interns / Freshers

• Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and voucher entries.
• Support in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation and filing.
• Learn and assist in ROC compliances, PF/ESI, and labor law filings.
• Participate in internal and statutory audit assignments.
• Gain exposure to drafting reports, compliance documentation, and financial statements.
• Work closely with senior CAs to understand professional and legal compliance processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• For Experienced / Practicing CAs:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, corporate laws, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with leadership qualities.
• For Trainees / Interns / Freshers:
• Pursuing CA (IPCC/Final) or recently qualified / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Basic knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
