Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Oversee direct and indirect tax functions including GST, income tax filings, assessments, and liaising with consultants and authorities
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in financial governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial transparency and accountability
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of finance professionals
• Ensure adherence to timelines for financial closing, audits, and statutory reporting
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

  with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong background in

  taxation

  (direct and indirect) and

  internal auditing

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team handling and mentoring
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-driven with a strong learning orientation
• Exposure to or understanding of

  retail sector finance
