Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in accounting, operational finance, and compliance to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing internal controls, and supporting operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation).
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable with vendors and clients.
• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and budgeting in coordination with operations team.
• Support inventory and procurement reconciliation with accounting systems.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Implement and improve internal controls and process automation in accounting and operations.
• Generate MIS reports and support management with business insights.
• Support ERP/accounting software implementation or process upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP (as applicable).
• Good Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with operations and procurement teams.
• Experience in a startup, SME, or manufacturing/service company is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in handling payroll, vendor contracts, and cost optimization.
• Exposure to ERP system implementation or customization.
• Working knowledge of GST returns filing portals and TDS compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
