Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls to ensure process efficiency and regulatory adherence. Review and validate financial statements in line with Ind AS, Schedule III, and applicable audit standards. Prepare audit documentation and reports, highlighting key findings and presenting them to engagement managers. Ensure compliance with CARO 2020, Tax Audit requirements, and other statutory mandates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client personnel to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Recently Qualified CA (Nov'24 attempt) with a strong interest in audit and assurance. Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, Ind AS, and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
