Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage taxation including GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and audits. Finalization of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation. Budget planning, cost control, and variance analysis. Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits. Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns and statutory compliance. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Support financial planning, investment strategies, and fund flow management. Develop financial policies and procedures for internal control. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. Good understanding of GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory compliance. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and documentation ability. Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.
