Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Chartered Accountant. The Chartered Accountant will handle financial reporting, tax planning, audits, and compliance with applicable regulations. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will provide financial insights to aid decision-making and manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and auditing principles
• Proficiency in tax planning, compliance, and preparation of financial statements
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CA qualification or equivalent, with relevant work experience
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
