Chartered Accountant

Role Overview: You have an opportunity for the position of Chartered Accountant based in Bagalkot, Karnataka. As a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for various financial activities such as financial reporting, taxation, auditing, budgeting, treasury management, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful reports to senior management. - Manage and ensure timely compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations, including Income Tax and GST filings. - Handle tax audits and maintain communication with tax authorities. - Oversee internal and external audits to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasts to support business planning. - Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control over financial operations.
