Job Summary

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, manages governance processes, and supports the Board of Directors. The role acts as a bridge between the management and the Board and ensures efficient administration on of the company.

Job Responsibilities

· Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with and regulatory norms.

· Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.).

· Ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.

· Monitor and manage the company's financial transactions, accounting records, reconciliations, and reporting.

· Oversee monthly closing processes and financial MIS preparation.

· Support audits — statutory, internal, tax, and RBI inspections.

· Handle direct and indirect taxation including tax assessments, appeals, and litigation.

· Manage treasury operations including fund management, liquidity planning, and investment monitoring.

· Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, regulators, and other stakeholders.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision-making support.

· Monitor internal controls, risk assessment, and process improvements to strengthen financial operations.

Essential Skills

· Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

· 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in NBFC / Banking/ Financial Services.

· In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.

· Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other relevant laws.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Proficient in financial software (Tally/SAP/ERP systems/MS Excel).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Office location BKC, Mumbai.

· Candidate should be okay with WFO. (Alternative Saturdays are working)
