Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategies for tax planning and financial risk management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial transactions.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities.
• Provide financial advice to management for business growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI).
• Minimum [X years] of relevant experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
