Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our finance & consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for young professionals who want to build a career in consulting, finance, and business strategy, while gaining exposure to multi-industry projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis, planning, and reporting for clients.

• Support in audit, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance processes.

• Work with the strategy team on business planning, due diligence, and financial modeling.

• Provide insights on cost optimization, risk management, and process improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, legal, technology, and branding) to deliver end-to-end consulting solutions.

• Stay updated with latest financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

Requirements

• CA qualified (Fresher or up to 6 months of experience).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
