Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chargeback Analyst based in Pune. The Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing chargebacks, analyzing chargeback data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role involves collaborating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations. Additionally, the Chargeback Analyst will need to prepare reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements to the chargeback process.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and processing chargebacks and data analysis
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the Pharma industry is a plus
