Position:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key
channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants
in Pune East.
Drive sales through effective partner engagement and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate leads and track conversion ratios through the channel network.
Conduct regular channel partner meets, training sessions, and site visits.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, and Projects) for smooth client handling and closure.
Maintain market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.
Ensure exceptional customer experience, especially for
premium and high-ticket clientele.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

of experience in
real estate channel sales

Proven track record in handling
premium / high-ticket size properties
.
Strong networking skills with existing broker and channel partner relationships in Pune.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
