Channel Sales Manager

As a Franchise Development Manager at International Skills Club, you will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing franchise acquisition strategies to enhance our presence in various regions. - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners through presentations, negotiations, and agreements. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and business goals. - Monitoring and analyzing franchisee performance, offering support and guidance to maximize profitability. - Collaborating with marketing, operations, and training teams to facilitate smooth franchise setup and ongoing success. - Conducting market research to identify potential territories and opportunities. - Representing the organization in franchise expos, seminars, and networking events. In addition to the above responsibilities, you may also be required to have experience in franchisee/channel appointment.
