Channel Partner- Real Estate

Responsibilities:
Identify and on board new channel partnersProvide support and training to partners to ensure successManage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenueDevelop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goalsCollaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel effortsMonitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditionsCreate and manage channel partner budgets and forecastsDevelop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentivesMeasure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenueIdentify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channelProvide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offeringsAttend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the companyRequirements:3-5 years of experience in channel management or salesProven experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and practices is a plus.
