This role ensures stakeholders are engaged, equipped, and supported throughout the change journey, enabling the organization to achieve desired outcomes and improve value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned
- with project and business objectives including C&P, BTC, FBT and FBT Customer priorities.
- Engage stakeholders and build strong sponsor coalitions.
- Build and deliver targeted communication plans.
- Coordinate training and enablement programs for relevant stakeholders.
- Integrate change management activities into overall project delivery.
- Supervise adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Finance / Management for roles supporting Finance /
- Customer Transformation.
- Certifications:
- Mandatory: PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent.
- Preferred: CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) or APMG Change
- Management Practitioner.
Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years in change management or transformation roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple change programs in global complex matrix organizations
- Digital, automation and transformation background will be an added advantage
Skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools.
- Analytical attitude for measuring adoption and impact.
- Understanding of Finance Business & Technology (FBT) and FBT Customer processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital dependencies and interconnectedness between business processes.
- Ability to create a change management framework, identify the key workstreams (and its elements) and build out a plan for each
- Stakeholder mapping, identifying roles and responsibilities for all parties and build the RACSI matrix
- Ability to build and implement an effective governance plan, change impact assessment and provide actionable reporting
- Project manage the change workstreams with clear breakthroughs and deliverables
- Identify change related risks early and define mitigation strategies
