Minimum 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with at least 5 years supporting IT operating model or AMS transitions
Proven experience in largescale outsourcing or managed services transitions Strong understanding of IT operating models service management and SLA frameworks Proven experience in SAP S4HANA implementations supporting change enablement across global organizations Experience deploying digital adoption platforms such as SAP WalkMe and SAP EnableNow Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and enrichment Experience with stakeholder management communication planning and training delivery Qualifications and Certifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Organizational Psychology Business Administration Change Management IT Management or related field Certification in Prosci ADKAR ITIL or equivalent change managementservice management frameworks Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project delivery models Agile Waterfall and governance structures Soft Skills Competencies Superior Communication Skills Ability to engage confidently with technical and nontechnical audiences Analytical and ProblemSolving Abilities Ability to identify change risks structure interventions and drive adoption
