You are a highly skilled CPA professional with expertise in US accounting, audit, and financial analytics to support US clients across various industries such as restaurants, real estate, and service businesses. Your role involves hands-on financial reporting, audit support, and data-driven financial analysis. - **Accounting & Financial Reporting** - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) - Ensure compliance with US GAAP - Handle general ledger reviews, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close - Work on multi-entity and intercompany accounting - **Audit & Compliance** - Support external and internal audits (PBC schedules, audit queries, walkthroughs) - Review internal controls and suggest process improvements - Assist in audit planning, variance analysis, and documentation - Coordinate with US auditors and senior finance teams - **Financial Analytics & Reporting** - Perform financial analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis - Build and review management reports, dashboards, and KPIs - Analyze costs, margins, cash flows, and operational performance - Support budgeting, forecasting, and lender / investor reporting - **Client & Stakeholder Interaction** - Direct communication with US clients, auditors, and bankers - Provide actionable financial insights to management - Support decision-making with data-driven analysis **Required Skills & Qualifications** - CPA (US) qualified - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, audit processes, and accounting standards - Excellent understanding of financial analysis and reporting - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Excel (advanced), and accounting software - Experience with audit firms or US accounting engagements preferred - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US shift environment **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)** - Experience with restaurant, real estate, or multi-location businesses - Exposure to tools like Power BI, Restaurant365, NetSuite, or Sage - Understanding of loan covenants and lender reporting You will be offered a competitive salary aligned with the US market, exposure to US clients and complex engagements, strong learning and growth opportunities, a collaborative and professional work environment, and long-term career growth in finance leadership roles.
